Dear
Friends,
We
cordially invite you and your friends to attend a fantastic and
gastronomic food tasting charity event coming in April to support the
Veniños
– Venezuelan Children in Need – (USA) organization. You will love
the authentic South American (Venezuelan) cuisine combined with Latin
Music, good friends, and a note worthy cause. Set aside the date of
April 27th,
2008 at Nova Terra Restaurant located in New Brunswick to attend this
charity food tasting event.
This
charity event is being sponsored and organized by the Nova
Terra Restaurant and
Casa
de Venezuela Delaware Valley
in conjunction with Veniños
to bring you a fun filled day to sample Venezuelan food, live music
and dancing to South American musical delights.
Veniños
is promoting the Cycle
Challenge USA / Bici Sin Rodilla 2008 which
takes place between March and October 2008, covering approximately
9,000 miles around the United States. Lisa Tylee
MBE1
is
a sponsored one-woman, one-legged (she was born with only one knee)
cyclist whom attempt to spend at least 171 days on her bike,
traveling through 24 states across America to raise awareness and
money. Money raised will go to community education projects for poor
children in urban Venezuela.
Food
selections are being prepared by two prized chef’s:

Bollo
(Spaniard Chef) from Nova Terra (New Brunswick)
There
will be a Silent Auction for the benefit of Casa de Venezuela and
Veniños.
