With cheers, music and among friends and supporters, Casa de Venezuela closed its second annual exhibition of Latin-American Art Dialogo 365. The exhibit was a great success in the region.
On the evening of Friday, March 27th, a group of friends of Casa de Venezuela met in the facilities of Crane Building to see for last time the work of 37 talented Latin-American artists, who were a part of this magnificent exhibition.

The Ensemble of Music of Casa of Venezuela offered a repertoire of Venezuelan songs that delighted the assistants.
Chrissie Bonner of The Philadelphia Foundation, sponsor of Dialogo 365, spoke about how happy they were in the foundation for supporting the arts initiative and how astonished she was to see the exhibit and the explanations given by Andreina Castillo, curator of the exhibition and board member.
Jane Blake, Director of Veniños, (Venezuelan Children in Need) also spoke about the programs that this foundation does for the well-being of the children of Venezuela. Jane, who recently moved to Pennsylvania from her native England, founded along with Lisa Tylee, the charity Veninos, an organization dedicated to improving the lives of street and shanty town children in urban Venezuela. More than 1,200 people that visited Dialogo 365 while it was open to the public (March 4th to 27th). Casa de Venezuela is already working for the 2010 edition of its Visual Art program Dialogo 365, a program that support the talent of the Latin-American artists of our region.
