The Board of Directors of Casa de Venezuela has the pleasure of inviting you to our Annual Members Meeting next Saturday March 27th, 2010 at 3:00 pm in Hyatt Regency Philadelphia @ Penn’s Landing (view map). Complimentary parking for attendants to the event.

In this important meeting the Board will review the activities performed during 2009, explain the financial situation of the organization and present the activities for 2010. The Board will also propose to the members the new Bylaws for its approval. The Bylaws has been reviewed and modified according to the recommendations received during the Board Development Plan.

Additionally, we will elect the new Officers of the Board of Directors. If you are interested in nominating yourself for President, Vice-president, Treasurer or Secretary, please fill the form at the bottom of this page.

Agenda

The agenda for the event is as follow:

1. Presentation of 2009 Review and Financial Report
2. Presentation and Approval of new Bylaws
3. Election of New Members of the Board
4. Cocktail

After the presentation, we will enjoy a cocktail from 4:00 to 5:00 PM and the there will be a cash bar to continue celebrating our success. We count on you. Help us continue improving with your participation and suggestions.
